Complete ChaseCam package
This package contains everything you need to go. Compare to a new chasecam package on their website; the new package costs $1595 (8gb), and, depending on inventory, may not be available right away. I believe their demand often exceeds their supply.
These top 3 videos are all newer and hosted on youtube. The lipstick cam slipped 90 degrees in the karting one, I was able to flip the video through software, and this caused youtube to see more horizontal lines. It tricked youtube into coding it as a version of HD.If you go to these videos on youtube you can see them larger.

Road America Karting - this has dashware data graphed as well (post processing)

Dashware test - dashware is software that will write data on top of the video. Note that the large numbers are from the accelerometers *inside the PDR* and are NOT from dashware - they are an option to toggle on or off in the PDR unit. I did not calibrate them for this run so keep that in mind if they seem odd.

components
pdr-100 with high speed 8 gb flash

ss-1000

camera mounts - PICK TWO - the top 2 are for roll bars, the bottom 2 are to suction anywhere. windows, roof, side of car, etc. they are very strong, don't worry about the camera falling off.

power cable and a 3 way splitter. splitter not something normally that comes with the package.

short cable for pdr to ss-1000 on the right. on the left is a 6 ft extension.

2 520 line bullet / lipstick cameras. one with an extension, i think 5 ft? the sheath on it is a little jacked so i just leave the extension cable always on. works 100% fine. you will probably need the length anyway.

everything, although yellow cables on top right not included. see other auction for them. they go with a monitor.

The videos below are all older. They have been compressed with older google video algorithms.
This is the first time I used the camera and first time at this track, Autobahn North. I'm not a very good driver btw. This is not representative of the full quality you record - this video was uploaded to google video and compressed. I didn't adjust the camera level either oops.

Autocross PIP - this is provided as an example. You will notice some interference in my PIP. If I had batteries in the PDR100 I do not believe this would have been an issue; it should not be one anyway though. I sent the units to chasecam and they found a flaw in their power design that has been corrected so that this interference is no longer an issue, batteries or not. Sloppy hands I know I know. It was the first one of the season.
