in honor of the Audi R10 Diesel's Victory at LeMans this weeks challenge is:

Audi R8 LMP car
Super Soft Race tires
Circuit de la Sarthe 1 (with chicanes)
no ASM allowed, TCS on or off is OK
+ 20% power (939hp)
- 10% weight (810kg)
+ 420km/hr top speed
don't skip the chicanes or the zig-zags at the end... 2 off in the gravel is acceptable, 4 off is not

use the quick tune feature to increase power 20% (939hp) and decrease weight 10% (810kg) and change the gearing to 420km top speed.

turned a few laps and ran a 3:03.644... alot left out there, this isnt an easy one

Man that car is absolutely insane! I was only able to click off a 3:04.112. The course is so SO long that I am not able to get all the turns right yet. Need to get some more laps in.

I was thinking you should have honored the Vette's or selected a real desiel

how the heck do you get the R8? The only thing I haven't completed is the final driving mission (#34. 1 Lap Magic: Mercedes Showdown). let me guess, that's the one? I HATE that one. Takes so long to find out you are going to make it.

Ok. I thought I had finished all the races (it's been a while since I've played this in GT mode). But I haven't done either of the 24 hours of Le Mans races, and it sounds like that's how you get the R8. Looks like I'll be letting my B-spec driver run for a while

Damn... I didn't even think about that... I thought doing B-Spec affected what you win though?

Nah. Doesn't matter: a-spec or b-spec, you win the same trophy car.
