How to fix a shakey camera?
How do you get rid of camera shake? I have image stabilization turned on. I have a I/O Port roll bar mount. Still can't get rid of it.
Any ideas?

How bad are we talking about? I have the I/O Port mount as well and it's pretty good; mine is extended a bit too. Is it just a problem when you hit curbs or pretty much all the time?

What kind of camera? I use a Sony handcam and it's fine with the I/O port mount. A friend of mine used his new camera (JVC I think) and it was like The Blair Witch Project. I don't think the anit-shake on some cameras can keep up with the small vibrations of being mounted in a car.

I have a Panosonic PV-GS250. It has optical image stabilization. Works great on the large shakes, but terrible on the small vibrations.
Is there a way to adjust the I/O port? Should the bushing be tightened or loosened.

There is no way to adjust it that I know of. You could try wrapping a peice of hard rubber around the harness bar (or whatever it's mounted to) before installing the I/O Port mount as an extra layer of vibration dampening.

Any mount I use for the camera produces shake. I run a lipstick camera and the image is perfect. You might want to consider a lighter camera or an external lens.

+1 here. I think that a lot of cameras just have to much mass floating around that they get shaking in harmony with the car and you end up with a mess for a video. I think the lipstick cams are an excellent way to make it work.

The little cheap-a$$ two year old sony I got for free from credit car points seems fine to me. Very light weight. And I'd wager my car is far stiffer than most, if not all of those here. Mounted on an IOPort on a bar thats tied into bars that tie straight into the rear shock mounts, so its a pretty hostile environment.
