I didn't learn much by looking at his feet. And that is easy H/T.... quite a bit different at threshold braking etc.

ARGH!
GET THAT LEFT FOOT AWAY FROM THE CLUTCH!
And buy a descent pair of driving shoes...
Seriously - this is DE stuff not racing.
This is how it's supposed to look like:

P.S I'm sorry, but I'm allergic to these self-taught videos. I guess it wasn't so bad at all and probably a good start. It's just that I keep thinking what Jim said..

I completely agree Magnus that this is a very rudimentary video but at least its a start. Would be very interesting to get other videos up there showing how other folks do it in a racing sense.
Plus this guy has it really easy as a synchro box makes things cake.

What I would like to see is a video with 4 synchronized quadrants, 1. pedals, 2. gearbox, 3. driver/head/wheel, 4. road... First and real speed, then in slow motion. I think that would be very helpful.

You could probably do that with 2-3 cameras. I may try it out if I can borrow a camera at some point next year.

It's on the DVD.
Though remember it must be the "Directors Cut".
