Morris... you say you've raced many tracks out west and midwest... is that where you're located still?

It is a beautiful piece of work... but damn, I'd be scared to put that thing on track in wheel to wheel situations.

Got any pics of what's under the hood?

Lobo6..... I hope the splitter and air dam will last a while...... but while we were building them...... we decided to build two....just in case we go off somewhere and destroy the original...... You just never know....

Stack we are currently located in Northern IL..... so the midwest tracks will be fun ...as we haven't been on them in a while and we are getting started again..... not sure how much we'll remember...but we remembered how to build a car..... so I'm hopeful it will all come back quickly....

Morris...where in Northern Illinois are you? A good deal of us are from Minnesota here on the board and I am sure might be seeing...well hearing you first....on the track.

The flat bottom looks beautiful! Did you ever think of adding some sort of tunneling on the undertray to add in a little down force? With nothing in the back of the car I have to imagine you have some room to create a few nifty tunnels to get you a little more cornering speed.

Man that is just beautiful though dude...just awesome.

Cool... well, if you like to travel, Keep the 2nd weekend in April open... I'm working on John and all the other Minnesotans to make the trek down to the event my club is hosting at Virginia International Raceway's North Course. Would love to see you and that car make the trip

Great googly mooglies that car is swwweeet.

I wanted to build a Cobra so bad but I would have had to do the Johnny Cash "One piece at a time" sneaking parts home....

Are you running a 427, 289, 351, 302, Stroker... I'm assuming it's Ford powerplant. Tranny? 4, 5 or 6 speed?

F1rocks I always loved that Johnny Cash song...use to be my favorite when I was little. Best part is when he says its a 67,68,69,70.... when telling the guy what kind it is.

I bet if you look at most of our cars that pretty much what they are too! Body is vintage the rest is a mix mash.

I bought the latest Cash greatest hits just to get that song and the "I've been everywhere man..." song.

Everytime I hear the hotel commercial I gotta sing along.

The "one piece at a time" fits for my current track car since I use my shipping address for work to deliver the parts.

"Honey where'd these new wheels come from" "Oh I've had those for years...."

At company picnics my employees are not allowed to speak to my wife. Last thing I need is "boy he sure gets a lot of parts here at work, I bet your garage is just packed...."

f1Rocks its a 427 So Aluminum Shelby block and Edelbrock heads ....and a Dominator Carb.....

The gear box is a TKO 600 5 speed ..... I think it's the weakest link....

And we've designed the angle of the Fuel cell to work very nicely as a Diffuser...... we just need to make the side plates......
