I gotta say... I knew the track was going to be fun and exciting and one of the best additions to iRacing thus far... but I was not expecting my breath to actually be taken away.
The layout uses the pits before the S/F line, so as you exit for the first time, you have to make the very sharp right hander to then exit onto the straight before Eau Rouge... And the first couple times I approached the corner, I literally stopped breathing.
Nothing like Spa in GTR2 or rFactor... absolutely amazing.
Can't wait to drive it some more

And what about the real deal? If there's a track that's worth spending the travel, it's Spa. Plus there's something nice in going abroad to drive a racetrack.

Absolutely... if/when I ever have the means to do that, I'd say it's #1 on my list.

Yep
It's pretty cool but it's pretty slow right now from an FPS point of view. I'm getting 25fps on max settings and just under 40fps with my optimized settings. This is going into eau rouge. Apparently, there is a fix coming from iRacing before the end of January.
Track record in a real F1 car looks around 1:47, I have 15 laps in now maybe and am at 1:57 but it's a hoot.
