I think he was pretty clear that he would post the 0* data when somebody else pays for it. He knows he can't get SFI38.1 as it is currently written, so why would he bother? Other experts are saying that 30* tests are more severe than 0*. The SFI test rig does not have nets, halo seats etc. that might make the 30* test less severe.
