Best speeding ticket story.

I'm happy to say I've only one speeding ticket and aren't proud of it. Tracking has basically cured me of any desire to drive fast on a public road. Anyway, here's my story.

My only speeding ticket was at 86 in a 55mph county road while on a cruise with a certain red Ferrari who was leading. I'd only had my car a week! It didn't even have plates.

My wife knew I had a ticket before I got home as every one that drove by the sheriff car which pulled over a red Ferrari and a Porsche 911 called their friends saying "Guess what I saw". So, one of those friends knew someone on my street and he asked my wife where I was and then she knew before I got home. Small world.

My favorite comment from the Sheriff that day was "Good news is you came second..." John's is likely "Not often you see a Ford catching one of these..."
