as am I (well, last time I autocrossed anyway)
Its tough to translate these autocross tests into track tests... thats something we all hopefully agree on

I agree on that. It is much harder to test for autox then the track. The courses change. The surface changes by the minute/hour and you don't get much seat time. So you have to maximize your changes to driver and car.
BTW: When you ran one lap how many tire combo's did you try?

the team tested 2 or 3 tires I think... I wasn't the car owner or driving during any of those so I'm not sure...
