No avatars for the masses??

I see you admins have 'em, but what about the peasants??

When I go to "Edit Avatar" I just see an image box that says "No avatar specified" (duh) and a single radio button, set to "on", that says, "Do not use an avatar." I cannot turn the radio button "off" (ie: it's always selected).

Fixed you should now be able to add your avatar.

I had forgotten to enable it earlier.
