Very happy with it. It pulls like the trailer wasn't even there. Total tow was around 5000lbs including stuff in the bed. My wife started driving it taking turns on the way back and she was pretty apprehensive at first but after a few miles, she was very comfortable pulling it.
Our outgoing route was Rochester MN -> Chicago -> Detriot -> Port Huron -> Niagara -> Toronto -> Montreal -> Mont Tremblant.
Our return route was Mont Tremblant -> Ottawa -> Highway 17 all the way to Saute Ste Marie and then down to Oshkosh, across on Highway 21 to 94, south to 90 and then 90 west all the way home.
We figured out my brake controller (Prodigy) didn't work at all on the way there. The GM dealer at home gave us a 2003+ brake harness cable and GM changes the pins from 2003 onwards. So, when the lights were on, the trailer braked all the time but the brake pedal had no impact on the trailer brakes. After, a call with Prodigy, I rewired the harness and then it worked fine.
The route back is the one to take. Detriot is a nightmare construction wise and tolls a lot of the way. The way back is about the same amount of time but a lot less pressure. Highway 17 is nice undivided highway where you can do between 55 and 60mph which saves on gas. We only had freeways for the last 100 miles or so, 94/90. The border crossing to the USA at Port Huron had over a mile long queue. We had 6 cars in front of us at Saute Ste Marie.
All in all, the muffler broke on the truck which was a pain but we got it welded in Niagara for 40 bucks and I don't plan on fixing it now. The whole setup is pretty cool and worked well.
