Another mystery track

Was flying into Memphis, TN today and spotted another mystery track. Go to Google and do a search on "angeletti rd. memphis, tn". Select "Maps" and find the balloon with the "A" in it. Center that and switch to satellite view, and zoom as needed.

Anybody know what it is?
