It's race season!

F1Rocks and I will be hitting Road Atlanta to kick off our race seasons. Looks to be a great event, there are currently 16 SP1 and SP2 water pumpers regitered! Helz Ya! :rockon: Come and say "Howdy yall" if your in the area

I picked up a new tow vehicle in the off season, so I'm pullin in style compared to previous seasons. 95 Chevy with bench seats :stupid:, upgraded to an 06 GMC Sierra. :clap:

Brent has a new favorite track :)

After losing a lifter while unloading the car off the trailer and bending the valve in #2 cylinder, I figured the weekend was a bust. Well, there's a wonderful junkyard down the road that had an old 944 with good lifters :) With a little help from Mark's son we pulled the lifter and I had a spare head packed and ready to install. We had the old spanish girl (Isabella) purring like a kitten by the end of day Friday.

My first session was qualifying on Saturday....I was learning the track while trying to qualify :0

I didn't qualify last but did forget to turn on my transponder :stupid:

Sprint races went well with Mr. Repka winning both. Enduro was fun in the rain except I forgot to turn the @#$%# transponder again....yes I know time to hard wire that one.

All in all what a cool track. Can't wait to get back there!

I've got a rechargable one... the only way I can forget is to not zip tie it on the car :lol:
