I'm no steward, but it looked like the guy in the blue car made a little contact, which I suppose is acceptable, but then kept driving through it, turning the other car around. Basically, a tap became a push. Also looks like he might have been part of the earlier smoke production... but can't be sure.

well, the blue Integra is up against a car to his left, seems like the red Integra squeezed him to me putting the blue one quite literally between a rock and a hard place...?? The red one has about a car width of extra track to the right...

posting this more as a discussion to get a better idea of right/wrong to learn from and improve my (and our) decision making, not bash the participants fwiw :)
