Slightly different layout for trackpedia's forums

Changed around the forums a little bit tonight to organize them better and get a few more forums in the mix to cover some of the other things going on out there like AutoX for example.

If you think I am missing anything let me know now or forever hold you peace...or just spam me with PMs and remind me and I will change it. :)
