Anyone here driving this event? I'll be there Fri, Sat, Sun getting my fill of track time. Friday looks like 6.5 hours of open track! The Sat/Sun sessions are typical DE format with 4 25 minute runs per group. Instructors get 3 runs but you get to go out in A or B DE groups as well. This is my 2nd Peachtree BMW event and 3 BMWCCA event. So far it has been excellent and they treat the instructors very well with regard to track time and scheduling.

Yeah, I'll be there Sat/Sun. I might make it up sometime in the middle of the day Friday just to hang out and go to dinner with folks too.

I'm sure I've seen you at some events now, as I think I remember your helmet, but I'm not even sure I know what you look like sans gear. Anyways, if you see a young, tall, red head, that's probably me.

Mike -I saw you at several events too. I never introduced myself as each time you were pretty busy. I'll stop by and say hi. My helmet is painted with the American flag. I drive a gray RX8.

couldn't go if I wanted to at this point, still waiting on the new hood for the MR2. It'll arrive just in time for my shop to be off for July 4th holiday :(

Aww, c'mon. Might be able to do a ride if the timing works out; I'm planning to squeeze a passenger seat in the SE30. How'd that guibo work out?

You can run without a hood. Not like you're going fast enough for the drag to be an issue. :)

Worked out wonderfully! Thanks a lot. It went into the 318i that I sold recently :(
I am trying to work out something with your buddy Alex on the other car if it's still available after a few people look at it over the next few days. Thanks for passing the word.

I would love to catch a ride with you! I can even bring a stock seat if that would be allowed :)
